High class family butchers selling top quality meat from local
assured farms. Lamb from around Wimborne and Dorset farms, as
well as free range pork
We sell our own excellent Aberdeen Angus beef, reared on our
farm, which is hung and matured by us for maximum flavour. We
also sell Red Devon Beef traditionally reared by the National
Trust on the Kingston Lacy Estate.
Throughout the year there is a selection of game available,
ranging from rabbits, pheasants, ducks, venison and wild boar.
